Your views help us make better decisions for the region. The information you provide is used to create plans and services that meet your needs. 

You help: 

• design better public transport services 

• produce an action plan to make our roads safer 

• shape our work to make the region greener 
• create artwork and murals in your local community. 

We use a variety of different ways to collect feedback to make our engagement as inclusive and accessible as possible.  

We collect feedback by: 

• sharing online surveys 

• hosting and attending local events 

• providing printed surveys, flyers, and posters in local places 

• speaking with local community groups and charities 

• engaging with local councillors 

• doing on-street surveys and focus groups 

• working with community and peer researchers.
