Accessible transport
Everyone should be able to access public transport in the West Midlands.
We provide information for people who have accessibility needs. We also help people get around the network.
We work with operators to raise awareness about disabilities. We help to train staff to help people with accessibility needs.
We also provide accessible customer services. We talk to disabled people to make sure our buildings and services are easy to use.
The Equality Team is in charge of transport accessibility. It’s part of the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA). You can contact the team for more information.

Door-to-door services
Ring and Ride is a service for people who find it difficult to use public transport. For example, if you have a disability, cannot manage steps or have a broken bone. You can use Ring and Ride to book door-to-door transport. The service is run by National Express Accessible Transport.
